Women make up 53% of the global population, we do most of the work for which much of it is unpaid, we do equal work and do not receive pay equity, we are penalized for staying home and caring for our families and then we’re penalized at work for taking time off. We do not advance in our careers and we do not receive equal benefits or pensions. Women’s  representation in the heads of industy and government is sorely lacking. For all those reasons, and more, I have created a coaching program for women 45 and older.
